About Beluga Management

Beluga Management was founded in 2019 with a vision that challenged the status quo of creator management. At the time, most agencies treated creators as interchangeable assets, cycling through talent rosters like commodities. We saw something different. We saw individuals with unique voices, massive potential, and a critical need for the kind of strategic support that traditional entertainment had enjoyed for decades.

The name “Beluga” was not chosen randomly. Beluga whales are among the most intelligent, social, and communicative creatures in the ocean. They travel in tight-knit pods, navigating some of the deepest, coldest waters on Earth together. That metaphor captures exactly what we do for creators: we form a close, dedicated pod around every talent we represent, helping them navigate the deep and often unpredictable waters of the creator economy.

What started as a three-person team managing a handful of emerging creators in Los Angeles has grown into a global agency with offices in four cities, a roster of over 400 creators, and more than $50 million in brand deals closed to date. Along the way, we have helped creators go from 50K followers to millions, from side hustles to seven-figure careers, and from unknown talent to household names in their respective niches.

But our growth has never come at the expense of our core philosophy: every creator deserves hands-on, data-driven, deeply personal management. We do not believe in the volume game. We believe in building real careers, one creator at a time.
